The questions we get asked
- How do I join my club?
- Ask whoever runs it for an invite link. Opening that link on your phone adds you to the club and to the teams you play for.
- I cannot get in.
- Use Forgot your password, or sign in with Apple or Google if that is how you signed up.
- Can two people score the same match?
- Yes. Everyone scoring sees the same innings as it is scored, and so does anybody just watching.
- How do I change the language?
- In Profile. The whole app changes, the scoring words included, and it stays changed next time you open it.
- How do I delete my account?
- In Profile, at the bottom. It removes your account and the personal details on it. Scores you recorded stay on the match card, because they are part of its result.
